Dark chocolate at 55 percent cocoa with four percent organic Arabica coffee ground into it. The coffee arrives as a subtle roasted lift rather than a bitter hit, leaving the cacao from Peru and the Dominican Republic in charge. Made in Switzerland. Vegan, and made without soya lecithin or preservatives. Chocolate and Love is a family business based in Perth, Scotland, started in 2010 by a Scottish and Danish couple. Every bar is organic, Fairtrade and made in Switzerland, built on a high cacao and low sugar recipe. The range has collected around 70 Great Taste Awards so far.
