Single origin dark chocolate at 80 percent cocoa, made with beans from the Cocabo cooperative in Panama. Four ingredients only: cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter and vanilla. Full bodied but unusually mild for the percentage, with nutty notes and a long finish. A repeat Great Taste Award winner. Chocolate and Love was set up in 2010 by a Scottish and Danish couple and is still family run from Perth. Cacao is sourced directly from Fairtrade certified cooperatives, including Cocabo in Panama, and everything is made in Switzerland to a high cacao, low sugar recipe. The range is vegan.
