Dark chocolate at 70 percent cocoa with nine percent pomegranate pieces set with apple juice and pectin. The cacao is Madagascan, naturally fruity and slightly citric, which meets the tartness of the fruit rather than fighting it. Vegan, certified kosher and free from preservatives, colourings and soya lecithin. A family business founded in Perth in 2010, making organic Fairtrade chocolate in Switzerland. Cacao comes from grower cooperatives in Peru, the Dominican Republic, Panama and Madagascar, with the Fairtrade premium going back into farms and local projects. The pomegranate bar has also won Academy of Chocolate recognition.
